When we are struck with a challenge, the reflex is for worry or fear to take over. It's very human. However, the thoughts that follow fear, are not always helpful, productive, or accurate. It can be like bending iron to center ourselves, yet, it is so worth the work. Transcend your fear by going to a deep place of trust within yourself that you will find your way.
